Toyota E-Store Terms & Conditions

Prices shown are inclusive of postage to a UK address and VAT

Toyota e-store is intended for use by people resident in the UK. We do not knowingly accept orders from individuals outside the UK.

All goods offered are subject to availability. We regret that occasionally it may be impossible to complete an order if stock runs out or is withdrawn for any reason. If a problem occurs, we will contact you to provide further information.

After you have submitted your order, you will receive an email from us which confirms receipt of your order and details of the goods you have ordered. You will also receive a payment receipt from Paypal stating the transaction has been accepted.

We can only accept payments through Paypal.

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering and if in stock,  will be despatched within 2 working days of order date.

You have the right to cancel any order that you have made within 14 days of the date on which all goods ordered have been delivered. If any goods are cancelled within this 14 day period, payment will be refunded in full provided that all goods are returned undamaged. If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us. Goods may be cancelled by supplying a clear statement to us using any of the following methods:

  1. our standard cancellation form - Please note that it is not obligatory for you to use this form; or
  2. in writing to Firebrand Promotions, 15 Mole Business Park, Station Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7BA; or
  3. by emailing or
  4. by phoning 01372 377452.


In order to meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication confirming your wish to exercise your right of cancellation to us before the cancellation period has expired.

If you choose to cancel any order, we will reimburse you all payments that we received from you (this will include any reasonable costs of delivery providing that the least expensive standard type of delivery is used). We will make a deduction from this reimbursement for any loss in value of any goods that have been returned, if that loss has been caused by any unnecessary or inappropriate handling by you (for the avoidance of doubt, reasonable or necessary handling shall only be any handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:

  1. 14 days after the date that we receive back any goods supplied;
  2. 14 days after the date that we receive evidence that you have returned the goods (if this is earlier than (a) above); or
  3. if cancellation occurred before any goods were supplied, then 14 days after the date on which we are informed of your decision to cancel your order.

All reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fee as a result of the reimbursement. 

E-store is managed by Firebrand Promotions Limited  – this will appear on both your order acknowledgement and your Paypal receipt.
